You hate to see Lacy hit in the hole like that but you gotta like Manning getting in there.

If there is one positive from the play Lacy fell forward for what looks to be a gain of 2 yards.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Was just gonna say... Lacy won that battle and got the first down if that was a 3rd and 1.

Trick of the camera, or is Lacy overweight?

Wow. Looks like the 2nd coming of LenWhale White in that pic on the right.

Whoever decided it was okay to post that photo of Lacy on the Packers' website ought to be fired. Now folks are calling him fat. Sheesh...

Google "Eddie Lacy fat". There is now an online cottage industry devoted to debating what happened with the photo on the right. And plenty of photographic evidence of a leaner, meaner Lacy.

Someone had his weight up from 231 to 238 sometime this offseason.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I don't know about all y'all, but the competition at running back, offensive line (right tackle and backups), defensive line, and cornerback seems mighty fierce this year.

Since it's training camp, I'm going to drink the koolaid and say this seems to be a spirited camp, moreso than in past years.

I am wondering, with the logjam at running back, if mebbe John Kuhn's position is in danger. And I wonder if the Pack will keep all five running backs and cut Kuhn and mebbe keep "only" three tight ends.

Kuhn is all but gone. He really is NOT that good. Tramontana better stay on the field or he is in at least a little danger because of his contract.

I take Tramonta thing back, we can't allow the Vikings to get a starting CB this year.

I too am wondering about Kuhn. Isn't he getting replaced in some key special teams positions? I know the coaches would say it's for diversity and all - cross training - but still, I think he's got reason to be worried.

And if I were Alex Green, I would be polishing my lead-blocking and QB-protection-blocking skills, as well as ST skills. If he can prove to the coaches he can consistently perform those duties, he might be able to replace Kuhn. I mention Green because he has the size and hands to replace Kuhn as a blocker, while Starks, I think, is not the greatest blocker or pass catcher.

All these good RB's - well, we hope they are good, and healthy - would seem to affect the TE position. I'd say DJ Williams and Ryan Taylor are in big danger.
