  • I am perfectly fine with throwing on 2nd down when you need a first to close it out. And Scantron was open. But holy hell does Rodgers need to work on setting his feet and getting the short throws on target.

Its been terrible since the second clavicle injury.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Agreed. D looked good, but the offenses in this game were dreadful.

Still, a huge win. Division wins on the road are gold.
Against the Bears’ front, hard to expect much more. Easier to run on the Vikes so next week will be a better test.

          • Well. The Bears D isn’t the Weak Sisters of Mercy, so there’s that.

I didn’t mind the play call either. I’m with you that Rodger needs to make the throw.

He bounced 2 short outs tonight. A couple others were behind the WR. As PB said, it’s been like that for a couple years now. Set your effing feet on that throw AR.

Get back to me in say wk 16.

Last season, beat bears in wk 1. All that win did was cost the pack, i dunno, george, err, devin bush.

Gotta stay humble and get better.

                  • A win's a win. Offense was a dumpster fire. But that was oddly satisfying. i literally can't believe we just won 10-3. Beautiful.

You talking about Fosco or the OP (APB)?

How many passing yards? Fix that and Pack will be fine.

Tex and i say fuck the run. All running the ball does is distort the GABs fragile rhythm.

This is why it sucks not being able to quote more than one post at a time. Talking about APB

he seemed to be taking the blame for that in the postgame interview citing a couple 'terrible passes'

I think it was totally satisfying because 1) it's the Bears 2) they played some fine defense, even if the Chicago offense isn't very good. This could be a defense that can hold a good offense to under 20 and maybe even an offense like KC to 28.
