Other than the fact New England hasn't started a season 0-2 since 2001, this is a very good point.

Aside from the bomb to MVS, and that was probably underthrown, Rodgers had a crappy game. 12 apparently can’t throw short outs anymore.

That being said, the wanker wideouts on the team wasn’t much help. Allison played the entire game, to my disgust. 0 catches. Other receivers had problems getting open consistently.

AB is probably better than anyone currently on the roster, Adams included. Ship a 2nd to Oakland if the Raiders are willing eat up 60-80% of Brown’s guaranteed salary. If Browns gets cut, he’ll end up in NE.

I agree Allison ain't much good. I'd much rather see Davis, Kumerow, Lazard, etc. used instead of him. We ABsolutely do not need an overpaid troublemaker like Brown, though, not even without the cost of a draft pick.

Cheat was 0-2 to start his first two seasons in NE, with Brady starting none of those games. Those games seem totally relevant to what's happening this year.

The Pats are prone to starting their seasons 0-2, and they always end up winning the Super Bowl. Division wins are nice, but remember this: Pack were 0-2 against the Bares in Favre’s last season in the Green and Gold, and Pack still ended up winning the North and a bye.

Everyone is jolly after a win, I’m sure. But it’s only week 1. Last season, our beloved Pack peaked in wk 1. Hopefully that ain’t the case this season.
