A very satisfying game on offense, and an adequate game on defense.
LaFleur grew a pair. There still was a little too much early down running, but they made it work. And eventually, LaFleur recognized that Detroit was loading up to stop the run and loosened up accordingly.
Last week, I praised Packer special teams. This week, they pretty much reverted to normal. As was noted in the Gameday Thread, there were a LOT of bad no-calls of pass interference on the Lions. The Packers pass D is still woefully bad, especially Nixon who gets beat virtually every time, I'd like to see the Packers go Corner with their first two draft picks.What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?Comment

Seems like we won the battle but lost the war. Wyatt’s injury is a huge blow to this team’s hopes. The play on which he was injured was the worst play of the game for Green Bay. Minus that injury, it was a lovely day. The offensive line played well today. Very well.
