Gotta take all your own equipment with you plus a repairman or two. Get them union cards this week to avoid a card check delay

But I think NFL operations takes over in the playoffs, so there may be less room for funny business.

Big question for me right now is how the heck does a team recover after losing 4 straight games?
Historically speaking I wonder if an NFL team has ever won a playoff game after that.

      Here it is:
“ 1986 New York Jets: Here's a team that lost its final four games but then won a playoff game. In fact, the Jets lost their final five games, moving from 10-1 to 10-6.

"Packers become 4th team in NFL history to enter playoffs on 4-game losing streak

How did those teams fare in the playoffs? three lost before the conference championship round. The 1986 Jets won in the wild-card round but lost the next weeK

Same way as if you've won 4 in a row. Focus on the task at hand, not who you played before. Make sure the Bears running attack can't do anything like what the Ravens did.

Then Niners/Rams perhaps for the NFCC. One can dream, right?

To be honest if we don't get at least one flag for a flagrant helmet to helmet on Caleb within 5 minutes we lose this game. Gotta match the intensity and send that message.

The Packers were one ST fuck-up from sweeping these cheap shot fuckers.

Without Parsons, Kraft or Wyatt in the second game.

If they play up to their potential, and, as Bobble says, with appropriate intensity, they should win.

But the Bears aren't an easy out. They're resilient AF, they believe in themselves, their douche-bag coach, who I am developing a nice, healthy hatred for, appears to be a leader of men and they are LUCKY.

Just like the second game, it won't surprise me if the Packers win. It won't surprise me if the Bears win.

Damn. The game is on damn Amazon Prime.

I'd say we have a good chance at beating them. I'd rather play them than the Eagles.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

I get the sentiment and mostly agree, but I don't need another Seahawks game where we beat the opponent to a pulp in the game but the decisions and coaching brainfarts lead to a last minute come from behind loss.

I'm still not over that Seahawks game. Or the last Bears game for that matter.

That last Bears game is in my top (bottom?) five worst losses.

A friend of mine equated this to beaming a batter. If the opposing pitcher drills your star, you have to drill theirs. If you don't they will crowd the plate and your guys will get hit for it over and over.

Play smart but inflict Caleb pain? That better?

We can't hit Williams can we?

I can't recall the exact time frame, but in the John Lynch days teams that played the Bucs fared horribly the next week due to the physical beating they took in those games. The Bears just played a really physical game against the Lions. Very emotional as well. We rested. This is really lining up for a win and I'll be disappointed if we lose even without Parsons and Wyatt. If we come out playing some soft ass brand of football I'll finally get off the MiLF bandwagon and call for him and Gutes to both be fired. And don't read into Policy's statements. He is offering support before a playoff run so the team doesn't feel lameduckish. He will assess things in March.

Nope. Rush isn't fast enough, especially while dealing with containment, and the secondary can't cover for more than a second. Plus they will have to focus on stopping the run.
