People downstairs are having a(nother) loud confrontation. I understand having arguments and all, but when it's habitual screaming matches, then why bother anymore. She has a kid and I'm sure the little guy could do without all this...

A couple Boy Scout leaders knocked over a 170 million year old rock formation and then celebrated. Fortunately, the 2 geniuses were smart enough to record it.

I can't run no more
With that lawless crowd
While the killers in high places
Say their prayers out loud
But they've summoned, they've summoned up
A thundercloud
They're going to hear from me - Leonard Cohen

I have relatives who are morons
My very elderly grandma just had a stroke and has to be put in a home
They will drain her savings as well as the home the home that is paid in full...or they could
Be smart

not too long after it was time for the old folks home. first place was like 4 thousand a month, second one was 6 thousand a month, the final one she was in was close to 10 grand i believe
she lived in nursing home for a nice long 10 years
she died the day after my uncle made the payment to the nursing home with the very last of her money
my dad and uncle got squat. and the sad part was it didn't matter if grandma lived in a cardboard box under a bridge or a giant palace because she didn't know where the hell she was or who she was anyways

It's always the Morons or the Boy Scouts. It creates an unholy synergy when coupled.
