I think for the most part these characters do way more good than harm. We can all get football news pretty much anywhere on the web. I enjoy the wacky antics just as much as the great football discussion. AdminJo is in a tough spot. How do you nurture this diverse bunch of characters without creating a hostile environment for new posters? Ask 10 people and you might get 10 different answers.

I've seen 4 names tossed out there in this thread. If all of them were banned or disappeared, I'd begin to wonder what's really left of PackerRats. On the other hand if anarchy drives away new posters, then were probably dead anyway.

I'm simply left wondering why this site is not only not being promoted, but for intensive purposes, intentionally hidden. That's not an insult, nor is it "spitting in someone's face." It's a valid concern after more than half a year of waiting. If Joe wants to call out posters for ways to improve their posting, I certainly think it's more than fair to express concerns about the site we post at. I'm assuming there's no conspiracy or anything to hide, yet after several posters have asked several times, we have yet to get an answer.

I'm talking about black hookers, and road trips among other things. Last time I checked pre-teen boys can read.

I get more PM complaints about Tyrone than every single other forum member combined. He frequently cites things from other sites, but couldn't give link credit for the idea if his life depended on it. He argues about anything, with anybody, at anytime and must have the last word. Partial has the uncanny ability to start a war in a thread about Kum Bay Ya. Then, when the war is raging, he gets pissed off about "unfairness" and blasts the entire forum with out of context quotes. He also has the recent past PM title for most complaints. That's reality.

Yet, none of them even accepted anything resembling responsibility. All basically said "fuck you", and then gave a litany of reasons why it couldn't be true and I'm mistaken. I heard the message loud and clear.

A lot of talk about accountability for someone who accepts none, flaunts his own rules, and has produced nothing of his own thus far. I would love for you to prove me wrong. I would love for people to be able to find this website and engage in football talk, off topic talk, whatever they want to talk about. I would love for there to be meta tags on our front page so search engines know we exist. I would love for you to lead by example and accept ANY accountability for the state of the website instead of blaming others. But I ain't holding my fucking breath.


I know it's not in your best interests to engage me on this topic as it's now rather wide ranging. But the bigger problem is that your complaints about me are bullshit. Your claims about what you want to do with the website are nice. They have been since May.
