As a neutral party who compulsively looks to find the best in everyone and focus on that, I would like to point out that regardless of alleged or actual past crimes (or anything that's been posted since yesterday afternoon that I haven't read yet), I've noticed that Partial's posts have been a lot more civil over the past couple weeks. And so what if not everything is backed up with concrete stats. Being a fan is as much about having passionate opinions about your team as it is being able to identify and analyze trends. There's no wrong here, just differences that deserve tolerance on all sides. If someone states something, its an opinion and if they cite from a reliable source itsfact. Both have an equal right to be here.

Few things about search engines:

#1 thing when it comes to SEO is page title. Don't worry about the meta tags yet. They won't do a lick of good until naming conventions and URLs are changed.

1. Page title
a. Packerrats (one word) has little affiliation with Packers, and thus searching for Green Bay Packers message boards, etc won't yield good results
b. Does not contain the word forum. Instead of having it be Green Bay Packers, it needs to be Green Bay Packers Forum.
Take note of the URLs, specifically.

I offered my services free of charge to the admin. He's not going to be able to find a reasonably skilled guy for less than 30 bucks an hour off craigslist or getafreelancer.com I know a few guys who would be chomping at the bit to get some real world experience with mysql, some sort of CMS or word press and phpbb 3. Well, that's the best offer I've had in a long time. I find it difficult to pry myself away from this riveting discussion though.

I'd second the view that Partial has become a better and more civil poster in the past few weeks. I'm that guy nobody agrees with. I pretty much like everybody bickering in this thread and at the same time think Joe is doing a good job and the favoritism stuff he sometimes gets accused of is a load of bunk. I also think it's fine to restrict political messages ie signatures in any way he chooses to.
