I think they hold firm if Grant is only out a week or two. Much longer than that, and I think they have to make a move.Originally posted by JoemailmanOkay, so it's James Johnson and not Kregg Lumpkin on the PS. If Grant is going to be out, do they activate Johnson, or go with just Jackson and Kuhn at RB?

Was the play ruled correctly? Yes.Originally posted by redits just a horrible rule. he had two feet, an ass and one hand down and clearly had control of the ball because he was palming it with his right handOriginally posted by GuinessJust saw the Calvin Johnson play.
Two feet down and both hands on the ball...is the play not over at that point???
a rb diving into the endzone doesn't have to continue to hold onto the ball when he lands, he just has to break the plain
lions lost because of an overly complicated stupid rule
BUT, no one, and I mean NO ONE can tell me that plays like that are the reason that rule was put into place. The refs need to have a brain and the ability to see that that was clearly a TD.

New Sports Talk radio station station started up in the Twin Cities, they were hiring away all sorts of talent from everybody in the Midwestern Sports media who weren't considered key assets by their former employers.Originally posted by Fosco33Oh jebus... HE went to the Vikings, too. What's with MN sucking off our talent :POriginally posted by Fosco33Is Tom Pelissero still with gbpressgazette? Looked for him for a post game chat - it's now Kareem Copeland....
But, really, it's not as though "reporting on a team" makes you a fan of that team. I doubt Bedard is a fan of the Packers. Probably most sports reporters aren't fans of any particular team.</delurk>

Very true. Pelissero often said he wasn't a Packer fan. His chats were pretty cool.Originally posted by Lurker64New Sports Talk radio station station started up in the Twin Cities, they were hiring away all sorts of talent from everybody in the Midwestern Sports media who weren't considered key assets by their former employers.Originally posted by Fosco33Oh jebus... Good thing nobody claimed Jarius Wynn. If it's an ACL, this is probably the end of the line for Justin. Too bad, seemed like an affable enough guy... just had shit luck.Originally posted by denverYooperHarrell thinks he tore his ACL, as per Demovski</delurk>

thanksOriginally posted by JoemailmanLink for post game show if out of state people want to listen
http://www.620wtmj.com/home/ondemand/44930432.htmlAfter lunch the players lounged about the hotel patio watching the surf fling white plumes high against the darkening sky. Clouds were piling up in the west… Vince Lombardi frowned.

Who'da thunk that the Packers would win when Rodgers plays poorly, the defense comes up with big stops, the special teams excel, but the team would run the ball pretty well.
That's a good win on the road against a tough team - particularly when the team knows it can play A LOT better.
Players have to take it one game at a time, but we fans can look ahead. Bills, Bears, Lions, Skins and Dolphins coming up to improve from here...
