I changed my outlook. While I still am annoyed at Favre, I wish him well. But I hate the Vikings so I hope they get obliterated. I realized it was really all about the Vikings. Vikings have enough to win it all. If they hold up reasonably well against N.O. passing attack, it's all over.Originally posted by Deputy NutzI am convinced that the Vikings are not going to get passed NO only because I want them too, so just maybe if enough of you salty ass Packer fans root against the Vikings and #4 then just maybe I will get my way, I doubt it though.Originally posted by mraynrandBut you've already admitted that 1) you're rooting for Favre and that 2) You wanted the Vikings to beat the Packers. So, since you aren't a Packer fan, have resentment towards the Packer org because of how they treated Favre, of course it wouldn't be hard to root for the Vikings to win. Tell us something we don't know. It's very hard for lifelong Packer fans (I would say virtually impossible) to root for the Vikings for true.Originally posted by Deputy NutzAnd it really isn't that hard to root for the Vikings.
I'm now convinced that the Vikings are going to win the superbowl, just because it will annoy the hell out of me, but I'm still holding out hope that N.O. or (probably) the Colts will beat the living shit out of them."Never, never ever support a punk like mraynrand. Rather be as I am and feel real sympathy for his sickness." - Woodbuck

Using the always impeachable transitive theory of football domination, its clear who will win this game:
Saints < Cowboys < Vikings
The Saints do have some healthier starters back for their pass D, but they have trouble against the run and the Vikings will be willing to run even if it not leading to huge plays.
The Saints also struggled to run versus the Cowboys and couldn't get DeMarcus Ware blocked. The Viking front four should win this game.
Here is the transitive property expanded (called beatpaths) which, of course, is predicting a Saints win.Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Greets.
I look at this as a really tight game. The Saints defense doesn't scare me much but their offense sure does.
It's gonna come down to the trenches in my opinion. (I know, no shit Sherlock). I think the Vikings have an excellent chance but it's gonna be slightly uphill.
If the Saints do win it will be very cool for their fans, they've waited a really long time for this chance.

So far in these playoffs the only team to win on the road is the Jets. MN hasn't fared very well all season on the road either. AP hasn't been as unstoppable this season as in others and Drew Brees has been just as good as #4. I'm thinking NO will win a close one mainly cuz they are at home.

I am so over Brett yes I loved him as a packer and always will now hes left 1st year I was mad but still hurt that he left now its 2 years out I dont care what he does I just hope sometime in the future he can mend his ties with the packers all you young people out here have never had to suffer with a bad QB like us old time packer fans did we are so lucky to have arod here ,it makes it so much easier the vikes will have him 1 maybe 2 years we had him for 17? I think .
Any way for now its like Brett the packer is dead to me and the vikes have a great old QB named Brett that if he does not retire I hope we beat the cr@p out of next year.
Solid Post
it's really too bad some people have to act like jags about this.
''This is right; that is right. You're ignoring the truth; you don't know the truth. His name is Bert...Bert Bert..and you are wrong.. and not a real fan. A constant lack of respect and courtesy and continuous judgement towards posters as well as the former Packer""
Sad
"You're a hater, you're a hater. What a miserable life you must live to hate so much. You're hate caused the Packers to lose in the first round of the playoffs. Etc, Etc, Etc."
Poo is being flung both ways. Way to not even acknowledge that it goes both ways.
Sad.
Actually IMO the use of the term hater is rarely used anymore while the use of the word Bert and the idea of calling those out for not being Packer fans is increasing.
I'm not stupid enough to say it's all one way.
So if you "need" me to acknowledge it goes both way consider this my acknowledementTERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

"The bitterness and hate makes people look rather childish."-gex
007 calling people bitter or "My only problem is the hatred that is continued to be expressed." or "Really who cares anymore other than those looking for a reason to hate on the guy?"
Hardly rare.
What is increasing is people being called jags.
